Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and service requests
- Maintain customer accounts and update records in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
- Document customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users to resolve technical problems
- Log, track, and manage support tickets using help desk software
- Escalate unresolved or advanced technical issues to higher-level support
- Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed
- Assist users with account access, password resets, and system permissions
- Maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Monitor systems to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Ensure timely resolution while maintaining security and compliance standards
