• Llevar a cabo investigacin para obtener distinciones sobre el comportamiento de los usuarios en los websites.
• Localizar y obtener la data necesaria (e.g., behavioral, VOC, transactional, demogrfica) para la investigacin.
• Idear y disear pruebas a aplicar como potenciales mejoras en los websites, por medio de pruebas A/B y targeteo de contenidos.
• Aprender a manejar la herramienta Adobe Target para el seteo de las pruebas A/B y targueteo de contenidos en los websites.

• Experiencia realizando investigacin y anlisis para comprender el comportamiento de los usuarios en websites.
• Integracin de herramientas AI para investigacin.
• Conocimientos en UX y CX.
• Conocimientos en Data Analysis.
• Entendimiento de arquitectura de websites.
