Our IT Team plays a critical role in enabling Milwaukee Tools continued growth. We partner closely with the business to align technology strategy with outcomesautomating processes, building custom solutions, governing and enabling data, implementing enterprise platforms, advancing AI and ML capabilities, and operating the secure, scalable infrastructure required across the enterprise.

As Director, IT Solution Delivery Supply Chain , you will drive the technology strategy and execution that enables Milwaukee Tools end-to-end supply chain. This will be focused on Supply, Demand and Inventory planning. Strong partnership will also be required in adjacent operational areas such as: manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and finance.

You will lead a team of Solution Delivery Analysts and serve as a trusted strategic partner to Supply Chain leadershipshaping vision, aligning priorities, and delivering technology solutions that improve speed, visibility, resilience, and efficiency across the value chain.

This role is central to advancing IT as a collaborative, outcomes-driven partner known for execution excellence and measurable business impact.

• Lead, develop, and mentor team members in alignment with Milwaukee Tool culture and leadership expectations, inspiring performance and professional growth
• Build trusted relationships with Supply Chain leaders by influencing through clarity, collaboration, and consistent delivery
• Identify and deliver bold, customercentric digital strategies that align IT and Supply Chain resources
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for Supply Chain technologyacross architecture, solutions, and execution
• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to enable connected planning platforms and realtime information flow across the value chain
• Enable the evolution of connected supply chain, ensuring data integrity, visibility, and usability across systems
• Create durable competitive advantage through effective supply chain programs powered by actionable insights
• Promote a culture of collaboration where teams understand their role and impact endtoend
• Act as a communication bridge between Supply Chain business leaders and technology teams
• Leverage and evolve the IT operating model to identify nearterm improvements and longterm transformation opportunities within Supply Chain
• Establish and evangelize a metricsdriven success model, with a strong focus on financial rigor, service levels, and operational effectiveness
• Manage internal and external partner engagement, delivery execution, and program governance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience driving Supply Chain technology and data strategies in complex, enterprise environments
• Proven track record of people leadership and delivering largescale Supply Chain initiatives

• Resultsoriented, collaborative leader with the ability to simplify and streamline complex Supply Chain processes
• Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in program governance and both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, crossfunctional Supply Chain initiatives
• Trusted business partner who can quickly learn operations and provide strategic guidanceExperience building and executing multiyear roadmaps aligned to Supply Chain priorities
• Deep understanding of operational excellence, planning, logistics, and customer fulfillment
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud (SCM), Transportation Management Systems, Planning solutions, and modern cloud technologies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise, compelling messages
• Strong strategic thinker with a bias for action in fastpaced environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels
