Job Description

We are currently seeking individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable travel experiences. As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you will assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing trip details to create smooth and enjoyable vacations.



Training, systems, and booking tools are provided.





Responsibilities





  • Assist clients with travel planning and destination research




  • Coordinate vacation packages, cruises, hotels, and transportation




  • Communicate travel details and updates with clients




  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings and client preferences




  • Stay informed on travel promotions and supplier offerings




  • Provide friendly and professional client support







Qualifications





  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently




  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills
