About Our Technology Services Group

Our technology services practice focuses on supporting financial institutions with the design and implementation of modern data and digital platforms. We help clients improve operational efficiency, unlock value from data, and deploy solutions that support strategic business goals.

Our team works across a broad range of financial services areas and partners closely with clients on system integration, data architecture, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to analyze challenges across sales, service, marketing, product, and client experience domains.
  • Design solution architectures that support future-state business and technology objectives.
  • Recommend and integrate platforms such as CRM, CLM, CDP, CMS, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Oversee implementation of technology platforms and end-to-end solution design.
  • Contribute to internal frameworks, methodologies, and technical accelerators.
  • Stay current with market-leading technologies and assess vendor strengths and limitations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Collaborate with specialists in business architecture, data strategy, and technology design.
Role Requirements
  • 810 years of hands-on experience as a data engineer or data architect.
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Fabric Data Platform, including data models, pipelines, and data architecture.
  • Knowledge of medallion data architecture and implementation of data quality checks.
  • Experience with data modeling techniques including star schema and snowflake models.
  • Understanding of financial services products, client segments, and operating models.
  • Ability to lead executive-level discussions, workshops, and governance forums.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with investment-related data (positions, transactions, security data, ABOR/IBOR) is beneficial.
  • Experience integrating cloud-based architecture (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced transformation environments.
  • Willingness to travel based on client needs.
