ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

* Start Date: October 2025
* Schedule: M-F, 7a-3p/7a-12p post call day
* Call: Required - 1:7
* Independent Model but there to collab if needed
* Cases: Endo, ERCP, URO, Ped Dental, ENT (healthy kids), GS, Ortho, OB - No sick peds, pain, hearts or heads
* EMR: Meditech
* Credentialing timeframe: 90 days - temps available
* Malpractice provided
* Travel and lodging for eligible candidates

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be board certified
* Active KY License or willing to license
