Our client, a leader in the retail electronics industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Sales Lead to join their team. As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be an integral part of the sales performance operations, supporting a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and a keen eye for detail, aligning seamlessly with the organization's goals of excellence and customer satisfaction.
**Job Title:** Retail Sales Lead
**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
**Pay Range: $26.00 to $28.00**
**Shift: A schedule in between 9am to 9pm.**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
+ Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract customers.
+ Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.
+ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or appliances.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
+ Multilingual abilities, especially English and Chinese, are preferred.
+ Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and handling cash transactions securely.
