Job Responsibilities:
  • Performance testing.
  • Continuously test, monitor, and recommend fixes to improve and maintain performance of the applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and recommend optimization of resource utilization.
  • Design, implement and execute performance tests using NeoLoad to ensure scalability and reliability of applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams, analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Skills and Experience Required: Required:
  • 5 -6 years relevant experience.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in performance testing using Neoload, including scripting.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 -5 years of experience in performance engineering.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
  • Experience with performance testing concepts (including load testing, stress testing).
  • Experience in doing E2E performance testing for assigned projects.
  • Experience with NFR management and extrapolation.
Desired:
  • NeoLoad certification
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
