Join a mission-driven Project Management team supporting a high-profile Forum happening in early 2026 !
This hybrid role requires in-person availability in both Palo Alto and San Francisco throughout the engagement. (The company is moving in late 2025)
Contract details- Contract Duration: 4+ Months
- Start Date: Early September
- Location: Hybrid must be able to work in Palo Alto and San Francisco
- Compensation: Up to $40/hr
MUST have used project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com this is a requirement!
As a key team member, you\'ll help coordinate complex projects, support event planning, and ensure smooth communication and task tracking across the Project Event Management Team using Asana and Salesforce .
Project Coordination & Task Management- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies in Asana
- Support project managers with status updates and risk identification
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge sharing systems
- Prep agendas, presentations, and reports for key meetings
- Take notes and assign action items using project tools
- Manage internal and external scheduling logistics
- Support inbox management and digital filing
- Keep Salesforce records up to date: contacts, meetings, campaigns
- Align data across spreadsheets, CRM, and project systems
- Support internal communications and templates (e.g., visa letters)
- Assist with internal events and logistics for a major 2026 Forum
- Help teams stay aligned and prepared through every event phase
- Strong experience with Asana and Salesforce
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Background in fast-paced, mission-driven, or nonprofit environments
- Experience in administrative coordination, operations, or events
