Deployment Engineer

Were an early-stage AI startup building next-generation intelligent systems and looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help bring our technology to life with new customers. In this role, youll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI software and real-world deploymentintegrating systems into customer environments, troubleshooting in the field, and ensuring smooth, high-impact rollouts.

• Work directly with customers to implement and deploy AI-driven solutions on-site
• Integrate our technology with local networks, WiFi systems, and existing infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with sales, including C level Execs and product teams to tailor deployments for client needs
• Build, test, and debug software interfaces and hardware integrations in real time
• Provide technical support and gather feedback to drive continuous product improvement

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong handson experience with software engineering, networking, and system integration
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and rapidly adapt in dynamic customer environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing directly with clients
• Willingness to travel for customer deployments in the US.
