This role is central to developing, implementing, and overseeing impactful educational programs that serve diverse communities. You will be responsible for program strategy, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and ensuring the successful delivery of program goals. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for educational programs, aligning with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned educational programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage program budgets, including planning, tracking expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants, community partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management within the education or non-profit sector.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing complex educational programs.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, pedagogical approaches, and educational assessment.
  • Proven experience in budget management, financial oversight, and grant writing.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and community outreach.
  • Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
  • Passion for educational equity and improving outcomes for underserved populations.
