Our client, a highly successful and dynamic organization, is seeking a proactive and exceptionally organized Remote Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to their senior leadership team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive functions.

As a Remote Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will span a wide range of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks. You will manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries), and prepare meeting materials and agendas. Proactive communication and anticipation of needs are paramount. You will handle email correspondence, screen calls, and act as a gatekeeper for executives. Drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports will also be a key part of your role. You may also be tasked with managing special projects, conducting research, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key duties include maintaining confidential information with the utmost discretion, processing expense reports, and managing databases or contact lists. You will be expected to streamline administrative processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient workflows. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key individuals both within and outside the organization will be essential for success. The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical.

The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of at least three years as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant, with experience supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are a must. Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with meticulous attention to detail, are required. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace) is essential. A strong understanding of confidentiality and data privacy principles is mandatory. This is a fully remote role, requiring a reliable internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and the ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
