Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive sales growth and enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for retail operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Establishing and enforcing operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of regional managers and store associates, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Implementing and overseeing inventory management systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing loss.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail dynamics, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex operations. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment are essential.
