Remote Global Hotel Operations Manager

You will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and operational procedures. Strong analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for success in this position. You will conduct virtual site inspections, provide ongoing training and support, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, preferably with exposure to international markets, is required. Experience with various Property Management Systems (PMS) and hotel operational software is a significant advantage.
