As a Senior Event Planner, you will oversee all aspects of event management, from initial concept development and budgeting to vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, and on-site (or virtual) execution oversight. You will be responsible for developing innovative event strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity. This position requires a meticulous approach to detail, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into successful, memorable events. Strong negotiation skills with vendors, suppliers, and venues are essential. Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms is a must. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possesses a keen understanding of current event trends, both in-person and virtual.
