We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Director to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Director, Digital Marketing leads Sectigos enterprise website and organic discovery strategy, with a focus on SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content intelligence, and AI-driven discoverability.
This role plays a critical part in shaping how enterprise buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with Sectigo across the digital journey, from highintent search and structured content to visibility across generative platforms such as ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity, and Claude.
The Director will lead the evolution of Sectigos digital presence as a highperforming growth platform, ensuring the website, content ecosystem, and technical architecture are optimized for modern discovery systems and enterprise buyer behavior.
This is a strategic but handson role. The ideal candidate combines strong digital leadership with an operator mindset, someone comfortable defining strategy while also working closely with teams to implement improvements, run experiments, and deliver measurable results.
The role currently has one direct report (Digital Marketing Specialist) and works closely with web development, product marketing, content, and regional marketing teams across the organization.
This is a fulltime and remote position based in the U.S., with the ideal candidate located in the east coast and in Eastern Time. The target compensation package for this role is between $130K and $150K in the base, subject upon internal equity and years of experience.
Core Functions, Responsibilities & ExpectationsGEO, AI Discovery & Enterprise SEO
- Own and evolve Sectigos Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, maximizing brand visibility across AInative discovery platforms.
- Ensure content is structured, relevant, and easy to discover, both for human buyers and modern search technologies.
- Lead enterprise SEO strategy, including technical SEO, site architecture, content strategy, and internal linking.
- Translate emerging AI prompt patterns, search behavior, and buyer questions into highintent landing pages, knowledge assets, and digital journeys.
- Expand Sectigos topical authority across key topics, positioning the company as a trusted reference in both traditional search and AIgenerated answers.
Enterprise Website and Digital Experience
- Own the performance, discoverability, and evolution of Sectigos enterprise website as a core growth channel.
- Treat the website as a continuously optimized product, improving UX, content architecture, site performance, and buyer journeys through ongoing experimentation.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing to scale localized digital experiences across priority markets while maintaining global consistency.
- Identify gaps in content coverage and buyer education, expanding Sectigos digital footprint through thought leadership, use cases, documentation, and technical resources.
- Improve conversion performance through landing page optimization, behavioral insights, and datadriven experimentation.
Execution & Continuous Optimization
- Quickly assess opportunities across SEO, GEO, and web experience, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.
- Implement a structured experimentation framework to continuously improve landing pages, content structure, and digital journeys.
- Balance strategic planning with handson delivery, ensuring initiatives move efficiently from idea to implementation.
- Maintain a strong focus on measurable outcomes, connecting digital performance to traffic quality, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Improve organic visibility and inbound traffic, with measurable gains in search rankings, GEO presence, and AI citations.
- Expand highquality content that attracts and converts the right audiences.
- Improve website conversion performance, driven by ongoing testing and optimization.
- Build a more structured and scalable content architecture across business lines.
- Establish clear reporting that connects digital performance to pipeline and revenue.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related discipline strongly preferred. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are considered a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technology companies.
- Experience supporting and partnering with global marketing teams in a crossregional environment.
- Demonstrated success leading SEO, website optimization, and digital content performance program.
- The ideal candidate should be based in the eastern time zone of the United States.
