Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative, long-term brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned FMCG products, from concept development to market launch and post-launch analysis.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional advertising, in-store promotions).
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.
- Manage brand budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on ROI and key brand health indicators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Identify and evaluate potential new product extensions or category entries.
- Ensure all brand communications and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals in a collaborative, remote work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that have driven significant brand growth.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing product portfolios and P&Ls.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote setting is highly desirable.
