Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market analysis to help clients determine property values.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and open houses.
- Show properties to prospective buyers and renters.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiations.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Market properties effectively through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, lenders, and inspectors.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Real Estate License required.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market (San Jose and surrounding areas).
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
