Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

Our client is a cutting-edge digital product studio seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and visual design of innovative digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity visual design. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define product strategy and feature roadmaps.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and stakeholder input.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for complex web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
