Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of avionic systems, control systems, and other aircraft subsystems.
  • Support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interaction between various components and platforms.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system requirements, specifications, and documentation.
  • Perform analysis and simulation of system performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on technical challenges and project execution.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for system validation and verification.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and testing phases.
  • Conduct research on new technologies and methodologies relevant to aviation systems engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
  • Assist in the development of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical manuals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the engineering department.
  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard engineering tools and software.
  • Support the lifecycle management of aviation systems from conception to retirement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of systems engineering principles, aerospace technology, and avionic systems.
  • Familiarity with aircraft design, development, and certification processes.
  • Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Python, or Ada is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
  • Demonstrated interest in the aviation or aerospace industry.
