Job Description

Crystal Clear Audio & Visual Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal workflows, coordinating schedules, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across teams
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with invoicing, billing support, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff as needed
  • Order and manage office or project-related supplies (as applicable)
  • Perform other administrative duties to support leadership and team operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • 13 years of administrative or office support experience (remote experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Dedicated and quiet workspace
  • Computer or laptop with updated software
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, project management platforms)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Familiarity with audio/visual industry is a plus
