Account Executive - Enterprise Software Solutions

Job Description

Our client is seeking a results-driven and ambitious Account Executive to join their growing sales team. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to manage a territory from a home office. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of software solutions, a proven ability to build relationships, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including networking, social selling, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate how our software solutions can address their business challenges.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives and provide market feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events as needed.
