Job Description
Our client is seeking a results-driven and ambitious Account Executive to join their growing sales team. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to manage a territory from a home office. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of software solutions, a proven ability to build relationships, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Understand customer pain points and articulate how our software solutions can address their business challenges.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives and provide market feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events as needed.
