Position Overview
The Data Management Assistant supports the organization by ensuring that data is accurately collected, entered, organized, and maintained across various systems. This role is essential for keeping databases up to date, ensuring data quality, and assisting with reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Maintenance
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct issues promptly.
  • Ensure all data is organized and stored according to company standards and procedures.
2. Data Quality Assurance
  • Perform regular data audits to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify data gaps or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
3. Reporting & Documentation
  • Assist in generating basic reports, summaries, and dashboards.
  • Support managers or analysts with ad-hoc data requests.
4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and shared resources.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather or verify necessary information.
  • Support team projects by tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry or database management.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
