Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Chief Executive Officer. This role is based in our **Sacramento, California, US** office and requires full-time, in-office presence to ensure seamless support for the CEO's demanding schedule. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials and presentations, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. You will act as a gatekeeper, screening calls and emails, and effectively prioritizing requests. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues. Experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the technology industry, is a significant advantage.
