Application Development

• Develop and maintain.NET 7/8/10 Web APIsfollowingClean ArchitectureandDDDprinciples.
• ImplementCQRS patternsusingMediatRandFluentValidationfor business rules.
• BuildRESTful APIswith versioning, HATEOAS, and OpenAPI documentation.
• Integrate with external systems such asNPPES, other databases.
• Implementbatch ingestion flowsfor large provider feeds using Azure ADF or Functions.
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and coverage.

Integration & Data Handling

• Consume and expose APIs throughAzure APIM.
• Work withAzure Service Bus / Event Gridfor eventdriven communication.
• Collaborate with data teams on Data Chunk schemas and metadata models in Azure SQL Hyperscale.
• Implement provider data validation rules for identifiers, addresses, and licenses.

Security & Compliance

• Implement OAuth2 / OIDC authentication with Okta Identity Engine.
• Apply RBAC / ABAC authorization policies and secure API access scopes.
• Ensure PHI encryption (AES256) and secure key management via Azure Key Vault.
• Follow HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance guidelines in code and data handling.

Quality & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions.
• Collaborate with architects, tech leads, and QA engineers to deliver endtoend features.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation with Azure DevOps.
• Document APIs and technical designs in Confluence / Swagger.
