Server Assistant

Luthun is a small dinner only restaurant that is a tasting menu only format. The food is high quality, while offering casual yet proper service. We are looking for someone to join the team and support the captains so that they can focus on selling and ensuring that the guests are happy; have a high desire to learn and grow, Duties include clearing tables, marking tables, running food, polishing glasses and silverware and closing down the restaurant. Since the restaurant is so small, duties get blurred and everyone pitches in to help where needed.
