Our client, a leading innovator in telehealth and mental healthcare delivery, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Clinical Program Director to lead their remote mental health services. This is a critical leadership role, fully remote, responsible for overseeing the strategic development, operational execution, and clinical integrity of a comprehensive suite of virtual mental health offerings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical acumen, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing and scaling mental health programs, particularly within a digital or remote framework.

- Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of remote mental health services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of a geographically dispersed team of mental health clinicians (therapists, counselors, psychiatrists).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing boards).
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance the user experience and efficacy of virtual care platforms.
- Develop and manage clinical budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and outcome measurement strategies.
- Represent the organization in professional forums, contributing to the advancement of telehealth best practices.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning among the clinical team.
- Analyze service utilization data and patient feedback to identify areas for program enhancement and innovation.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, or Master's degree (MSW, MFT, MSN) in a relevant clinical field from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted clinical license in at least one state (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive clinical experience in mental health settings, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, or scaling telehealth or remote mental health programs.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations pertinent to telehealth.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Commitment to promoting access to mental healthcare and reducing disparities.
