Our client is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior E-sports Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the **US**. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our e-sports teams, tournaments, and related content. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the gaming or e-sports industry, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a passion for competitive gaming. You will drive brand awareness, engage with the e-sports community, and contribute to the growth of our e-sports division.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-sports marketing and digital media.
- Drive community engagement and foster a loyal fan base.
- Develop brand positioning and messaging for e-sports initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on the e-sports or gaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Proven experience working with influencers and community management.
- Strong understanding of the e-sports landscape, including major titles, leagues, and personalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
