Senior Sales Executive (Remote)
Job Description
Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding, remote-first sales team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven ability to build strong client relationships, understand complex customer needs, and articulate compelling value propositions. You should be comfortable navigating the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business challenges and pain points.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through our CRM system.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals profitably.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and drive product development.
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Develop account plans for strategic prospects.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry (e.g., SaaS, technology, consulting).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in an autonomous remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger Sale).
- Ability to travel occasionally for important client meetings or company events as required.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for building relationships and solving customer problems.
