Job Description

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in technology placements, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter. This remote position requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and a passion for connecting top talent with innovative companies. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and placing high-caliber candidates in challenging roles across various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay current on technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging talent pools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and industry trends to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in hard-to-fill technology roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing).
  • In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks and programming languages.
  • Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search strings.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
