You will be responsible for the integration, verification, and validation of complex aerospace systems, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to stringent industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of aerospace systems architecture, communication protocols, and software/hardware integration. You will work closely with design engineers, software developers, and test engineers to troubleshoot integration issues, develop test procedures, and validate system performance. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse technical teams in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities include defining system requirements, developing integration strategies, executing validation tests, and documenting all findings and resolutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of advanced aerospace platforms. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing their workload efficiently and contributing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Develop and implement system integration plans and procedures.
- Define and verify system requirements and interfaces.
- Conduct hardware and software integration testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Analyze test data and generate detailed reports on system performance and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD).
- Contribute to the development of system architecture and design documentation.
- Support system validation and verification activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or integration within the aerospace sector.
- Strong understanding of aerospace systems, architectures, and communication protocols (e.g., ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet).
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo).
- Experience with testing and validation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of safety-critical systems and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
