Job Description
Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to join their leadership team. This pivotal, fully remote role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact alliances and collaborations that drive significant business growth and market expansion. You will leverage your extensive network and strategic acumen to forge mutually beneficial relationships with key industry players.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation of complex agreements (e.g., reseller, technology integration, co-marketing agreements), and ongoing relationship management.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and legal, to ensure successful partner integration and program execution.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly track, analyze, and report on their performance and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and explore new strategic avenues for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand visibility and identify potential partners.
- Develop compelling business cases and proposals to justify partnership investments and initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities relevant to strategic alliances.
- Mentor and guide a team of partnership managers as the organization scales.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree with significant commensurate experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and managing complex, high-value strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop data-driven business cases.
- Experience working effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of partnership agreements.
- A strong understanding of the technology landscape and partnership models.
