Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates within the gaming and esports verticals.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our offerings and resonate with target audiences.
- Create persuasive marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, website copy, blog posts, social media content, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and PR teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage product marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Engage with the gaming and esports community through various channels, gathering feedback and fostering brand advocacy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the gaming and esports ecosystem.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products and the gaming market, representing the company at industry events (virtually or in-person as needed).
- Manage product launch timelines and ensure all marketing deliverables are met on schedule.
- Contribute to the long-term product roadmap by identifying customer needs and market gaps.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, with a significant focus on the gaming or esports industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology products, preferably in the gaming/esports space.
- Deep understanding of the gaming market, including player demographics, popular titles, esports leagues, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and persuasive marketing copy.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in a remote team environment is essential.
