Host / Reservationist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and help ensure a smooth front-of-house experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
• Manage reservations and waitlist
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining balanced service flow
• Answer phone calls and take delivery orders accurately
• Coordinate and organize third-party delivery orders
• Receive, check, and hand off delivery pickups to drivers
• Maintain a clean and organized host area
• Communicate effectively with management and service staff

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
