Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote First

Our client, a dynamic digital product studio, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences across a variety of web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final visual design. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, modern design trends, and the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design vision aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility. This is a remote-first position, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills in a virtual environment. You will advocate for the user, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data. Your responsibilities will include developing user personas, journey maps, and site maps. You will create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. You'll also be involved in A/B testing and analyzing user behavior to drive design improvements. The ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively is essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
