Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a **Physical Therapist** that would be interested in **a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL.** Additional details of the contract are below:
**Position:** Physical Therapist
**Location:** Arlington Heights, IL
**Pay Rate (Local):** $52/hr
**Total Travel Package:** $2,364.00/week
* **Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package** *
+ Taxable Wages = $720.00/week
+ Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,000.00/week
+ Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week
**_Estimated Weekly Take Home_** **_after taxes_** _=_ **_$2,184.00_**
**Schedule:**
+ 40 hrs/week:
+ Monday & Tuesday (8:30A to 8:00P)
+ Saturday & Sunday (7:30A to 5:00P)
**Duration:**
+ 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)
**Requirements:**
+ **2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist**
+ **Orthopedic acute care experience required**
+ **Experience with acute care elective joint and trauma patients along with acute care neurological PT (strokes, spine surgery)**
+ **IL PT License, BLS**
+ **ASAP Start**
