Job Description

**OVERVIEW**
Ensures the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of materials to proper job site.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
+ Practice and promote safety in such a way as including but not limited to; assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Responsible for pick-up and delivery of material in a safe and timely manner.
+ Communicate truck/job status.
+ Maintains appearance of truck, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels, oil, hydraulic coolant and fuel.
+ Performs minor repairs to truck as needed.
+ Maintains load in transit to job site.
+ Keeps accurate DOT logs and load sheets
+ Performs pre-and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of truck.
+ Additional task as assigned and trained at job site including housekeeping.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:** High School Diploma or General Education Degree is required.
**Required Work Experience:** 3-5 years experience preferred
**Required Training/Certifications:** Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
**Additional Requirements** :
+ Excellent driving record
+ Must pass DOT drug screen and obtain and retain DOT physical card
