Customer Service Manager
We are partnering with a manufacturing company in the Bristol, CT area to hire a Customer Service Manager. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and support a team of Customer Service Coordinators and Representatives.
+ Manage customer projects from order entry through production and shipment.
+ Ensure project accuracy, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
+ Provide daily guidance, workflow oversight, and troubleshooting support for complex projects.
+ Help coordinate team workload and resolve project-related issues.
+ Maintain accurate project data and documentation.
+ Manage higher-complexity projects and key customer relationships.
+ Partner with Sales, Technical, Production, Shipping, and Purchasing to keep projects moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
+ At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction or manufacturing.
+ Comfortable acting as a team lead, including managing workflow and troubleshooting difficult projects.
+ Strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Proficient in order management processes and tools.
- Strong background in providing sales support and customer service.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
