Remote Commercial Cleaning Technician

This is a fully remote position, meaning your work will be performed at various client sites within a designated geographic area, with all administrative and coordination tasks handled remotely. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in diverse commercial environments, including offices, retail spaces, and public facilities. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities in commercial settings, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors as needed.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and manage inventory for assigned sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the remote supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to specific cleaning schedules and protocols for each client site.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on client premises.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standard within the allocated timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with the remote operations team regarding work progress, issues, and supply needs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites within the designated service area.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to report issues and receive instructions from a remote supervisor.
• Must possess a smartphone with reliable internet access for communication and task management.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
