• Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored.

• Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications,guidelines,and training programs.

• Fully understand andcomply withall federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant,employees,and guests.
