Research Scientist - AI & Machine Learning - Remote

Our client, a leading technology research and development firm, is actively seeking a highly innovative and skilled Research Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join their esteemed team on a fully remote basis. This role is at the forefront of developing next-generation AI/ML solutions that address complex global challenges. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms and models. Key duties include conducting theoretical and applied research in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. You will develop prototypes, conduct experiments, and analyze results to advance the state-of-the-art. Collaborating with a diverse team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists will be essential to translate research findings into practical applications. This position requires a strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals. A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with a specialization in AI/ML is required. A minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral research experience or equivalent industry experience in AI/ML research is essential. Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying advanced ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a must.
