Customer Success Manager - Remote

Job Description

Our client, a leading SaaS provider, is seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This fully remote position is responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring maximum value realization from our client's platform, and driving customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact post-sale.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the initial stages of product adoption.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and how our client's solution can help them achieve success.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Educate customers on new features and best practices to maximize product utilization.
  • Drive customer retention, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to understand complex product functionalities and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fully remote environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
