Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager is a highimpact strategic leader within the Communications & Spectrum Dominance (CSD) segment FP&A team. This role is responsible for directing the financial execution of the LHXellence initiative while overseeing the segments complex data architecture and executive reporting. You will influence crossfunctional teams to automate enterpriselevel reporting via Oracle Planning and Power BI, optimize departmental budgets, and drive largescale process improvements across the organization. You will manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of technical and financial excellence.

Essential Functions
  • Strategic Oracle Planning Governance: Oversee the CSDPLAN Oracle Planning instance. Direct the strategy for integrating additional sectors and divisions into the segment environment and ensure "source of truth" integrity for all forecasts and actuals.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Direct supervision of a diverse team of 2 analysts. Responsible for workload prioritization, professional development, and ensuring the team delivers excellent financial support across the segment.
  • LHXellence Strategy & Execution: Serve as the primary Finance lead for the LHXellence initiative. Partner with CHQ and internal stakeholders to validate savings projections and align short/longterm forecasts. Act as the executive administrator for the MS Project Online system.
  • Executive Operations & Supply Chain Partnership: Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Segment VP of Operations. Direct the segmentwide departmental budgeting, resource planning, and headcount forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate financial targets.
  • Advanced Analytics & Visualization Strategy: Lead the roadmap for Power BI dashboard development, ensuring operations metrics and sector/segment financials provide the realtime visibility required for executivelevel decisionmaking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of direct people management experience in a finance or accounting function.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional finance position.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Technical mastery in Oracle EPM/Planning and Power BI.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing highlevel individual contributors and developing entrylevel talent.
  • Superior ability to "operate in the grey" and influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
Salary and Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $126,000 - $234,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $109,500 $203,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
