Expeditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Food Expeditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the critical link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring that every plate is accurate, beautifully presented, and delivered promptly.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and organize orders from the kitchen to the service staff

2. Check plates for accuracy, quality, and presentation before leaving the line

3. Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and management to maintain smooth service

4. Keep the pass-through area clean, organized, and efficient

5. Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere during high-volume service

Qualifications:

1. 1- 2 years previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role

2. Strong communication and multitasking skills

3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality

5. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
