The RoleWe are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the South Central region.
You will be responsible for:
Hunting and developing new business
Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
Working across multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles
Partnering closely with design and internal teams to deliver the right solution

Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold calling, and industry events
Conduct facetoface meetings with prospects and customers
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
Maintain accurate, realtime records in Salesforce
Conduct onsite sales calls and gather accurate field dimensions
Consult with customers to evaluate workspace needs and recommend solutions
Act as a liaison between customers and internal design teams throughout the process
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
At least 1 year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
Proven ability to manage a multistate sales territory
Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid drivers license and ability to travel regularly
Up to ~50% travel
Typically 38 overnight stays per month
Must live within the territory and near a major airport
Travel expenses covered via company credit card
Base salary: $70,000 (nonnegotiable)
Uncapped, tiered commission based on gross sales
Approximate YearOne OTE: $110,000
Established reps earn $100K$125K+
Top performers earn $150K$180K
