The Role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the South Central region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Hunting and developing new business

  • Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close

  • Working across multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles

  • Partnering closely with design and internal teams to deliver the right solution

  • This is a highownership role for someone who wants to build something real in a territory not just cover it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold calling, and industry events

  • Conduct facetoface meetings with prospects and customers

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close

  • Maintain accurate, realtime records in Salesforce

  • Conduct onsite sales calls and gather accurate field dimensions

  • Consult with customers to evaluate workspace needs and recommend solutions

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal design teams throughout the process



Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent industry experience

  • At least 1 year of outside B2B sales experience preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a multistate sales territory

  • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel regularly

Travel & Location
  • Up to ~50% travel

  • Typically 38 overnight stays per month

  • Must live within the territory and near a major airport

  • Travel expenses covered via company credit card

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $70,000 (nonnegotiable)

  • Uncapped, tiered commission based on gross sales

  • Approximate YearOne OTE: $110,000

  • Established reps earn $100K$125K+

  • Top performers earn $150K$180K
