Senior Project Manager, Agile Transformations - Remote

Our client, a global leader in business transformation, is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Project Manager specializing in Agile transformations. This position is a fully remote role, offering the ultimate flexibility to work from any location within the US. You will be responsible for guiding organizations through their Agile adoption journey, from initial assessment and strategy development to full implementation and continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and a proven ability to drive organizational change.

Key responsibilities include assessing current project management practices, defining Agile roadmaps, and coaching teams and leadership on Agile principles and values. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change across all levels of an organization. You will be instrumental in measuring the success of Agile transformations and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Experience in managing complex, multi-team Agile projects and a solid understanding of DevOps practices are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at change management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution within a dynamic project environment. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on Agile transformations.
• Expertise in multiple Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Kanban).
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar advanced Agile certification is required.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Agile implementations.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage distributed teams.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is essential.
