Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Primary Care
We are seeking a locum family practice physician to join a dynamic primary care office located in Manasquan, New Jersey. This practice is currently covering for maternity leave and offers a supportive environment with a dedicated team of 5 physicians and a mid-level provider. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and extended hours on Tuesdays until 7 PM. Job Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
* Perform required general procedures including EKG interpretation and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues.
* Conduct adult outpatient services and occupational medicine procedures such as employment physicals and disability exams.
* Utilize Athena EMR for timely and accurate documentation.
* Participate in patient care with an average of 3 patients per hour.
Qualifications:
* Board Certified Physician preferred (will accept board eligible).
* Experience in primary care settings.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
* Prior experience in handling diverse patient populations is a plus.
License and Certification Requirements:
* Active New Jersey State License (Required).
* Board Certification (Preferred).
* BLS and ACLS certifications (Preferred).
* Local provider status (Required).
