Our client, a prestigious hospitality group known for its luxury properties, is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote Hotel Operations Manager. This unique, fully remote role allows you to oversee and optimize the operational efficiency of multiple high-end hotels from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence across the portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of luxury hospitality operations, strong leadership acumen, and a proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.

- Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of luxury hotels, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.
- Manage and mentor on-site hotel general managers and department heads, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all properties, including occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), guest feedback scores, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, guest service, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to property leadership.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the hotel portfolio.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 4 years in a multi-property or senior operational leadership role, preferably within the luxury segment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and controlling costs.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and F&B.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to travel to properties as needed for oversight and strategic meetings.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding luxury brand standards.
