This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytical techniques to derive actionable insights from complex marketing data, driving strategic decision-making and optimizing campaign performance for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong quantitative background, expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and metrics. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and transforming large datasets from various sources, developing predictive models, building dashboards and visualizations, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying trends, predicting customer behavior, segmenting audiences, measuring ROI, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness. - Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and behavior analysis.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate key marketing insights and performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze experimental results to optimize campaign strategies.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns across various touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities within marketing data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and marketing analytics techniques.
- Develop recommendations for improving data collection, quality, and analytical processes.
- Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and R.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, metrics, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
