Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, public relations, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Lead and mentor a global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive brand awareness, market positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and monitor performance against goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion the company's brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, platforms, and best practices.
  • Report on marketing performance and strategic initiatives to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in scaling brands and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience as a CMO or equivalent senior marketing executive in a relevant industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing global teams and diverse marketing functions.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization tools.
